MUCHOWS MISSING SERVICE RECORDS FOUND!
In an astonishing circumstance, investigators today uncovered the missing
service records and personnel files of GOLD HILL POLICE CHIEF DEAN MUCHOW.
Although the details of what brought the investigative team to be digging under a
steel staircase attached to a home in Union, Oregon belonging to Muchow, are still unknown, it does solve a riddle that has
been plaguing Muchow for some time.
"That is really wild" Muchow said, "I wondered where those were."
The steamy pile was taken to local forensics laboratories for more in depth investigation.
One investigator who asked not to be identified said "At a glance, I think it was pretty obvious why he doesn't offer this
to prospective employers."

HOW I MET A BUSYBODY NAMED CHRISTINE ALFORD
I don't know that I will become the new editor of the Gold Hill Entrails,
I don't like the name and I am not funny. I think this audience might get bored.
But I did want to write a little today about how I met the notorious Gold Hill busybody,
Christine Alford and her husband Donald Thumler.
A few years back, a complete stranger knocked at my door and asked if I was the parent
of my child. I am leaving this as vague as possible as I have decided not to use my name in this article, I have family also.
At my door was a man that I did not know asking me about my child and if I knew "Paul" who was playing with my child in the
city park.
I have to admit that I was taken by surprise and the things that he was telling me
about Paul were things that I didn't want to hear. He told me of his experience with this man coming around
his young children and grandchildren, and how he took it upon himself to chase him off and tried to contact any parents when
he saw children with him. This seemed like an extraordinary job for him to take on for himself, and that made me uncomfortable
too. He also told me that it was commonly known that Paul used the library computers regularly to look at pornography and
that the librarion Anne had to make him shut the computers off when children came in. I have to admit that this sounded fantastic,
but for myself, I did make sure that my child knew not to go around Paul, and from that time I watched out for him. I have
to say now that I am sorry that I did not follow Donald Thumlers example and warn other parents about Paul because he has
now been arrested for molesting children in this town. It also seems that the entire time he has been a menace in this
town he has also been an illegal alien. So maybe I am just one more voice asking what are we paying for when we pay for police
protection? This predator was operating on the main street of town, and I wasn't the only one that saw him with other peoples
children and said nothing. In fact the only ones who did say anything was the busybody and her busybody husband.
I publicly thank them both for warning me and thank God that it wasn't my child.
FREE TO A GOOD HOME
Someone in town left two gorgeous Siamese Kittens in our yard. They are
a brother and sister. These are gift quality cats and we would keep them except that the street is too fast and dangerous
for cats to live on. So if you would like these cats and can give them a good home, let us know. The cats are very gentle
and the they walk together like the Siamese cats in Lady and the Tramp, even turning their heads together. 541-621-1189

It is apparent that information published on this website has made my family a target for political reprisals,
that being the case, until this problem with the Gold Hill police is brought under control, I do not feel that
it is fair to my family for me to continue publishing this column.
I am negotiating with another concerned citizen about taking over the site so it may be re-opening with a
new editor.
So, before we take our bow, I would like to make one announcement and that is.......the fish and chips at the newly opened
BLUE PANDA restaurant are really good, they might even be as good as the ones in the Sausalito H. Salt. So try them, I don't
know the owners and this isn't a paid advertisement,

You can read the statute as well as I, and you have
obviously done so.
There is limited case law interpreting the statute. Since I anticipate
that this office may
receive a report from Chief Muchow concerning
emails you may have sent to others using an assumed name, I do not
intend
to parse out the statute by ruling on hypothetical situations.
As I told Ms. Specht yesterday. If the Chief
submits a report to this
office, we will review it to determine if the facts alleged constitute a
crime in our opinion.
All criminal cases are tested by applying the
facts of a particular case to the statutes and any relevant case law.

This is my real email and I apologize for the intrusion
of using your
name etc on the two emails I sent last evening and assure you that those
are the only emails sent from
that address which is now closed. My point
was to try, with an economy or words, to get an opinion from you on
whether
or not simply making up an email in the guise of another person
can be construed as Identity Theft. Doesn't it have to
have the element
