This investigative reporter has two confirmations that a vicious lie being circulated about
GOLD HILL POLICE CHIEF DEAN MUCHOW IS NOT TRUE. Dean said it isn't and I believe him!
Despite rumors to the contrary, this paper wants to make it clear that there is no such case as
Terry Elam vs Dean Muchow that it was not heard in the 9th Circuit Court. AND there
is no COURT CASE CIV-96-0508-S-MHW. Dean Muchow did not leave his job at Valley County Sheriffs after being accused
of harrassing a woman to the point of destruction and leave Valley County holding the bag. The case was not found for the
plaintiff Terry Elam and it was not appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals where the judgement was upheld.
"That's true" Muchow told this reporter, "there is no such case, no place called Idaho and
I never saw it or went there."
